PURPOSE: A surface treatment apparatus is provided to ensure smooth supply and discharge of work pieces by fixing the position of a rotating rail. CONSTITUTION: A surface treatment apparatus(10) comprises a plurality of transfer jigs(30), a circulating transfer path(100), a surface treatment basin(200), an entry part(210), and an exit part(220). The plurality of transfer jigs hold respective work pieces(20) and are circulated in a circulating transfer direction through the circulating transfer path. The surface treatment basin processes the surface of each work piece held by the transfer jig. The entry part is arranged before the surface treatment basin on the circulating transfer path and supplies untreated work pieces to the transfer jigs. The exit part is arranged after the surface treatment basin on the circulating transfer path and discharges treated work pieces from the transfer jigs.
