METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF MENACE OF MISCARRIAGE IN SECOND TRIMESTER

摘要

A method for prediction of menace of miscarriage in second trimester includes determination of term of pregnancy of a woman in trimesters, blood sampling; investigation of blood indices that represent degree of activation of immune system; prediction of menace of miscarriage by those indices. One performs capillary or venous blood sampling, determines activity of acid phosphatase of neutrophyls and lymphocytes by cytochemical method.
