A tap, in which on working tops of point teeth flats are made leaning toward the rear surfaces of the teeth at an acute angle ψ to the axial planes passing through the vertices of working faces of the teeth, and the angle of axial inclination of each flat is defined by the relation &phgr; = 0.1ψ, where the value ψ is in the range of 50 ÷ 75°. |
