PURPOSE: A growth plate stimulating device is provided to remove a negative effect to the human body and to improve cost efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A growth plate stimulating device comprises: an upper expansion unit(11) covering the top of the knee joint; a lower expansion unit(12) covering the lower part of the joint; and a gas input and output controller(13) which controls the injection or exhaustion of gas in the upper expansion unit and lower expansion unit. The gas input and output controller includes a gas pressure measurement part, a pressure range deviation determining unit, and a gas injection/exhaustion unit. The gas pressure measurement part the pressure of expansion units in real time.
