<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell isolation apparatus which can isolate a cell by a high survival ratio from a tissue (living body tissue), and can shorten sharply working hours. <P>SOLUTION: The cell isolation apparatus includes: a member 20 for isolation which collides with a tissue and isolate the cell; a chamber body 11 which has a chamber into which the tissue is put, and in which the member for isolation moves; and a controller 31 which controls the operation of the member 20 for isolation in the chamber body 11. The member for isolation includes two or more blades, and is rotated by a magnetic rotation driving part which is noncontact with the member for isolation with a shaft.
