<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the effect of an increase in internal resistance of a lithium ion secondary battery is small and suppression of a charging current is insufficient in a conventional method which uses CHB as an overcharge preventing agent of the lithium ion secondary battery since a compound produced through electrolytic polymerization in overcharging is particulate. <P>SOLUTION: The overcharge preventing agent which produces a filmy compound is added to an electrolyte of the lithium ion secondary battery. In addition, a contact layer for bringing the filmy compound produced in the battery into contact is installed, and consequently the internal resistance of the battery in overcharging is securely increased to suppress a charging current, thereby preventing a temperature rise of the battery to secure safety. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
