PURPOSE: A variable pillar form is provided to easily cope with the change of a size even if the size of a concrete pillar changes, prevent the frost heave of a pillar and ensure structural stability by increasing resistance to lateral pressure transferred from concrete. CONSTITUTION: A variable pillar form is installed on a mold installed along the shape of a pillar. Horizontal stiffeners(2) are further coupled to the outer surface of the form and the facing parts of the form are respectively connected through a male connecting part(10) and a female connecting part(20). Part of the male connecting part is vertically bent and is interposed between the horizontal stiffeners to protect the corner of the pillar form. A fixing protrusion is arranged on one end of the bent part of the male connecting part. The female connecting part is interposed between the horizontal stiffeners so that some of the female connecting part is protruded to the outside of the horizontal stiffener.
