PURPOSE: A composition containing saline solution and milk for preventing and treating ophthalmoxerosis is provided to effectively maintain effect and to prevent side effect. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating ophthalmoxerosis contains saline solution having 200-400 mOsm/kg of osmolality and milk in a volume ratio of 1:0.5-2. The composition further contains preservative of benzalkonium chloride, chlorobutanol, chlorohexidin, hexamethylene biguanide, paraben, mixture thereof. The saline solution and milk are separately contained in each container.
