<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tactile sense presentation device that reduces influence to be given to detection of a touch sensor position due to presentation of a tactile sense. <P>SOLUTION: A tactile sense presentation device 1 includes: a touch sensor 11; a tactile sense presentation unit 12 which is provided close to the touch sensor 11, and which vibrates the touch sensor 11; a touch sensor control unit 20 which detects, by transmitting a scanning signal to the touch sensor 11 and also by receiving the scanning signal from the touch sensor 11, a position where contact is made to the touch sensor; signal lines 13 and 14 which transfer a scanning signal between the touch sensor 11 and the touch sensor control unit 20; and a tactile sense control unit 30 which controls, depending on the position of the contact detected by the touch sensor control unit 20, the tactile sense presentation unit 12 to cause the touch sensor 11 to vibrate.
