The connection device has a tubular inner casing (2) with a labyrinth-like longitudinal slot, arranged inside a single slit outer casing (1). The longitudinal slot of the outer casing is arranged opposite to longitudinal slot of the inner casing. The supporting butt-straps are protruded from peripheral edge of the outer casing away from the inner casing. A V-shaped pressure clamp (3) has free legs engaged with the butt-straps of outer casing and fastened movably using nut and screw.
