摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A heat managing system for a hybrid vehicle and a method thereof are provided to enhance the heating efficiency for heating inside the vehicle better than the heating efficiency while the engine stops by using cooling water of the engine. CONSTITUTION: A heat managing system for a hybrid vehicle comprises a heater core(20), a heat exchanger(40), a cooling water line(51), a cooling water pump, and a bypass valve(53). The heater core heat exchanges the cooling water passed through the engine and discharged air from indoor of the vehicle. The heat exchanger heat exchanges a heat exchange media passing through driving components. The cooling water line is installed between the heater core and heat exchanger so that the cooling water circulates. The cooling water pump is installed in the cooling water line. The bypass valve is installed in the cooling water line of the engine side. The bypass is controlled to be opened and closed by a driving or stationary sates of the engine.</p>
