PURPOSE: A data sharing storage apparatus is provided to receive safe and reliable digital content by effectively transmitting and receiving data from peers. CONSTITUTION: A memory module includes a substrate and metal connection units. The substrate includes a memory chip(13) and a control chip(14). A public program installed in the memory chip includes a communication module(31) which transmits or receives a message with a peer or a central server, a management module(32) which manages a peer list, a division module(33) divides digital content into blocks, and a transmission and reception module(34) receives and transmits the digital content.
