INDEPENDENT STEERING APPARATUS AND VEHICLE INCLUDING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A separate steering system and a vehicle having the same are provided to prevent accidents because a driving direction of a vehicle is controlled by steering other steering wheels when one steering wheel is damaged. CONSTITUTION: A separate steering system and a vehicle having the same comprise a supporting member(110), a joint member(120), a guide member(130), a wheel assembly(140), a power generation unit(150), and a power conversion unit(160). One side of the supporting member is joined to a frame of a vehicle to be rotated toward a first direction which is vertical to the ground. The joint member is joined to a free end of the supporting member toward the first direction to be rotated. The guide member is joined to the joint member to be rotated toward a second direction which is horizontal to the ground. The wheel assembly is joined to the guide member to be rotated. The power generation unit generates power to create a steering angle. The power conversion unit converts a rotation reciprocating motion generated from the power generation unit to a linear reciprocating motion.
