The element has identical weather boards made of solid wood and provided with isolating web plates that are sandwiched between male and female wood profiles (6). The profiles comprise rectangular grooves and splines. The profiles are in a form of sinusoidal wave that does not obstruct the grooves and the splines of the weather boards and the profiles. The profiles close left and right lateral ends of the element when the profiles are placed in a vertical manner. Round or oval cavities are provided in bottom of the grooves.
