The system has foundations (0) on which a floor (1) is fixed. Roof-walls (2, 4) are fixed to the floor. The foundations are equipped with columns or a removable floor (3, 20). Technical partitions or technical equipments are placed before buckling a profile in a triangle form by the roof-walls to close a building by frontage walls (6) and side walls (5) for forming a continuous thermal unit. The roof-walls are assembled by assembling external walls and roof in two parts.
