<p>PURPOSE: To provide the device and method for displaying data for touch panel type monitor with which various pictures can be displayed without necessity to increase the capacity of a memory even when the number of pictures to be displayed on one touch panel type monitor is increased. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a first storage part 8 for storing data a1 and a2 /b1 and b2 corresponding to display contents to be displayed on the screen of the touch panel type monitor, display transforming part 15 for transforming the data read out of the first storage part 8 corresponding to a picture selected by the touch operation of the touch panel to data A1 and A2 /B1 and B2 in the format for enabling display on the touch panel, and second storage part 9 common for respective pictures 1 to store the data transformed by this display transforming part 15, and data are exchanged between the second storage part 9 and the touch panel type monitor so that prescribed contents can be displayed in the prescribed format.</p> |
