<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an MDT log including appropriate information at an appropriate timing by an optimum message structure. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile communication method according to the invention includes the step A in which a mobile station UE in a standby state acquires radio quality in a cell specified by "MDT Configuration" at intervals provided by "Logged MDT measurement period", generates and stores "LogMDTreport", the step B in which the mobile station UE, after changing a standby cell, acquires the radio quality in the changed standby cell, generates and stores "LogMDTCellReselect", and the step C in which the mobile station UE transmits the "LogMDTreport" and "LogMDTCellReselect" to a radio base station eNB after it changes to an active state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
