The device has a non-metallic pipe line (1) guiding fluid, and a cylindrical metallic body (2) arranged at an inner side of the pipe line. A coil (3) generates electromagnetic induction in the body, and is wound-arranged at an outer side of the pipe line. The pipe line is formed with a lockable opening (4) for assembling and disassembling the metallic body, where the opening is formed in a region of a rectangular curvature (5) of the pipe line. A distance holding element (6) is arranged between the pipe line and body, where the pipe line and holding element are formed from plastic material.
