<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device in which density unevenness in an intermediate transfer belt is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: A printer has such a configuration that the intermediate transfer belt 11 is arranged between a photoreceptor drum 31C and a transfer roller 34C, and the transfer roller 34C is brought into contact with the intermediate transfer belt 11 so as to transfer a toner image onto the surface of the intermediate transfer belt 11. The transfer roller 34C has, in an axis direction, a transfer region 34fC corresponding to a region where the toner image is transferred to the intermediate transfer belt 11, and a non-transfer region 34gC located outside the transfer region 34fC.
