PURPOSE: A three-dimensional display device and a three-dimensional image system including the same are provided to make a display device thin and to reduce material costs. CONSTITUTION: An optical layer(1) divides a left eye image and a right eye image. The optical layer includes a first phase difference area and a second phase difference area having respectively different optical axis. The first phase difference area and the second phase difference area include one selected in a group. The group is formed by combination of an HWP(Half Wave Plate) and a QWP(Quarter Wave Plate).
