PURPOSE: A juice extraction screw with a circulation milling function and a juicer having the same are provided to improve efficiency of juice extraction because materials are raised by an auxiliary cutting blade and pressed again the raised materials in a pressing section. CONSTITUTION: A juice extraction screw(30) comprises a rotary shaft(31), a body(38), a plurality of spiral main cutting blades(33), and an auxiliary cutting blade(37). The body rotates on the rotary shaft. The main cutting blades obliquely ascend to a first direction from a lower end of the exterior surface of the body. The auxiliary cutting blade obliquely ascends to a second direction from a lower end of the exterior surface of the body.
