<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clay film substrate with a nanosheet for crystal growth, which is high in thermal stability, excellent in flexibility and useful as an electronic device, a luminescence device etc. <P>SOLUTION: The clay film substrate with the nanosheet for crystal growth, having heat resistance up to 600 °C, flame resistance and flexibility, consists of a nanosheet layer separated from a layer compound laminated on a clay film base material, wherein the clay film base material contains only a clay or contains a clay and an additive, the clay is water dispersive or organic-solvent dispersive, the additive is sodium polyacrylate, an epoxy resin, a polyimide or a polyamide, the nanosheet layer is obtained by separating it from the layer compound, and the nanosheet has a structure laminated on the clay film base material by a coating method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
