<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, an information storage medium and a server with which user's opportunity to win an item can be increased under a condition where an item can be randomly selected among plural items by lottery processing. <P>SOLUTION: When an item of a user is registered, a program performs processing to notify other user of information indicating that the item of the user is registered, and receives a registration request for the item of the user from a terminal of other users.
