<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device installing device and installing method for a jet pump measurement pipe which can surely clamp a clamping bolt of a clamp device which cannot directly be clamped from an upper part because of the existence of an interference object. <P>SOLUTION: A first arm and a second arm connected rotatably to a tip part of the first arm are hung down perpendicularly to an annular region between a reactor pressure vessel and a core shroud from the upper part of the reactor pressure vessel, the second arm 2 is rotated in a space between a diffuser and the shroud or the reactor pressure vessel, and a clamping bolt of a clamp device for clamping a measurement pipe for flow rate measurement attached to the diffuser is clamped by a clamping head held at the tip of the second arm 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
