<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform image analysis with a high degree of accuracy using a limited hardware resource. <P>SOLUTION: Inputting means inputs a first image and a second image included in a plurality of images consecutively imaged by imaging means. Setting means sets detection areas being the same size and at the same position as the first image and the second image. Determination means determines whether there is a difference or not in the image within the detection area between the first image and the second image.
