<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power module capable of reducing radiation noise. <P>SOLUTION: Cathode electrodes 14 (second electrodes) of diodes D1 to D4 are connected to a conductive plate 10 (a second terminal). Al wires L1 and L3 (first wiring) connect anode electrodes 18 (first electrodes) of diodes D1 and D3 (first switching elements) to U terminals (first terminals), respectively. Al wires L2 and L4 (second wiring) connect anode electrodes 18 (first electrodes) of diodes D2 and D4 (second switching elements) to the U terminals, respectively. Parasitic inductance of the Al wires L1 and L3 are different from that of the Al wires L2 and L4. Al wires L25 and L26 (third wiring) are added to directly connect the anode electrodes 18 of the diodes D1 and D3 to the anode electrodes 18 of the diodes D2 and D4, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
