<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conductive sheet that exhibits excellent thermoconductivity in the plane direction as well as excellent concealment properties. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-conductive sheet 1 comprising plate-like boron nitride particles 2 has a coefficient of thermoconductivity of ≥4 W/m K in the plane direction SD of the heat-conductive sheet 1, and the heat-conductive sheet 1 having thickness of 300 μm has a transmission coefficient of ≤10% relative to light having a wavelength of 500nm.
