<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasmon excitation sensor with high sensitivity, high accuracy and excellent in singularity, which is indispensable for an immunoassay, a device for assay, an assay method using the same, and a kit for the assay. <P>SOLUTION: The sensor chip has: the plasmon excitation sensor including a transparent support, a metal thin film formed on one surface of the support, and a ligand fixed on the other surface which does not contact the support of the thin film; and a flow channel top plate provided on the surface side to which the ligand of the plasmon excitation sensor is fixed approximately in parallel with the surface without contacting the ligand, and in which a layer consisting of an optical noise absorbent is contained (in a flow channel) between the plasmon excitation sensor and the flow channel top plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
