<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a seasoning material for cold, cool Mapo Tofu, obtained by performing some operations without using soup, dogtooth violet starch and fire in the case of making the cool Mapo Tofu so as to produce the taste of the soup and delicious food texture, and capable of being easily prepared by anybody. <P>SOLUTION: The seasoning material for the cool Mapo Tofu which is not at all inferior to the soup is completed by separately seasoning each of the different kinds of meats, fish meats and shell fishes as the materials replacing the taste of the soup, with different tastes, and soaking them in hot taste oil so as to infiltrate the taste of each of the raw materials into the oil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
