PURPOSE: A lighting apparatus capable of preventing dazzling is provided to reflect light diffused from a reflector while diffusing light of an LED through a diffusion cover, thereby improving light diffusing properties. CONSTITUTION: A housing(110) comprises a first frame(112) attached on a wall and a second frame(114) combined on the front surface of the first frame. A circuit board(120) comprises a circuit device operated by receiving a power source. An LED module(130) projects light according to the operation of the circuit device. A diffusion cover(140) is arranged in order to cover the LED module within a storage space of the housing. A reflector(150) reflects light diffused through the diffusion cover.
