<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for transmitting information on power control in a multiple component carrier system are provided to maximize the scheduling efficiency of a scheduler by signaling information about power control which is changeably set. CONSTITUTION: A base station transmits RRC(Radio Resource Control) connection reconfiguration message, including information about power control, to a terminal(S1100). The terminal performs a detail CC(Component Carrier) reconfiguration procedure including the addition, change, and elimination of a CC about a corresponding terminal by using CC configuration information included in the RRC connection reconfiguration message which is received from the base station. The terminal adds, changes, or eliminates necessary setting parameters for wireless telecommunication with the base station. The terminal transmits RRC connection reconfiguration completion message, including the information about the power control, to the base station(S1105).</p> |
