WRITE PREVENTION BUFFER CIRCUIT FOR STABILIZATION OF INITIAL VALUE IN ATTACHING AND DETACHING MOTHERBOARD

摘要

PURPOSE: A write prevention buffer circuit for stabilization of initial value in attaching and detaching motherboard is provided to prevent an electric glitch caused by mechanical contact and a malfunction generated from noise or electric shock. CONSTITUTION: A code part(20) comprising a multiple layer of coders(21-23) provides sequentially the comparison codes with a multiplicity of command codes to compare with the data inputted through a two-way buffer(10). A code comparison part(30) comprising a multiple layer of code comparators(31-33) to output enable signal by comparing the output data of the two-way buffer(10) and the coder(20). An output buffer(40) outputs the data to the two-way buffer(10), based on the output signal of the Nth code comparator(33). A read buffer(50) outputs the data to the two-way buffer(10), reading the output data of the output buffer(40). A control logic part(60) controls each part to prevent the data write by illegal code generation.
