PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure, and to lower the cost of a clamp fitting for preventing the generation of displacement of linear materials by holding the linear materials such as wires crossing at a desirable angel for fixation at the crossing part thereof. SOLUTION: This clamp fitting has a pair of clamp bodies 2 respectively formed with a groove 6 for a linear body 1 at opposite two positions of a cylindrical wall. The pair of clamp bodies 2 are arranged so that both the grooves 6 face to each other at adjacent positions. Each clamp body 2 and 2 supports each screw receiver 3 freely to be rotated in relation to each other. Both the opposite screw receivers 3 and 3 are fastened to each other by connecting screws 4 and 4 so as to connect both the clamp bodies 2 and 2 to each other. A lock screw 5 screwed to the screw receiver 3 is pushed to a wire 1 passed in the groove 6 so as to fix the wire 1 and the clamp body 2 to each other.
