<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device that records an image on a wider area in the width direction of the recording device, without enlarging the device. <P>SOLUTION: The device is miniaturized by: making a nip force of a conveying roller 10 stronger than that of a first conveying group 4; making a nip force of a second conveying group 5 stronger than that of the first conveying group 4; performing printing while controlling the conveyance of a recording medium 3 by the conveying roller 10, when performing the printing by a recoding head 1a of an upstream side; and performing printing by controlling the conveyance of the recording medium 3 by the second conveying group 5, when performing the printing by a recording head 1b of a downstream side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
