<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enzyme solution for separating cell(s), which can reduce damage on separating a single cell or a mass of cells from a tissue or an organ, to provide a method for separating cell(s) using the enzyme solution, and to provide a method for separating pancreatic islets. <P>SOLUTION: The enzyme solution for separating cell(s) includes a chloride ion channel inhibitor or has chloride ion concentration of 10 mM or lower. By an enzymatic treatment using the enzyme solution for separating cell(s), a single cell or a mass of cells can be separated from a tissue or an organ. When pancreatic islet(s) is especially separated from the pancreas, the enzyme solution for separating cell(s) is injected through the pancreatic duct to digest the pancreas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
