<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a disk-like member and a seating section from sliding and improves the efficiency of cleaning. <P>SOLUTION: A butterfly valve includes a disk-like valve element 2, a pair of support shafts 3, 4, a pair of support shaft moving means, and a drive shaft 10. The valve element 2 is seated on and removed from a valve seat 14 from below. The drive shaft 10 rotates and drives the support shaft 3. The valve element 2 is rotated and inverted when the support shafts 3, 4 are rotated by the drive shaft 10. The support shaft moving means includes eccentric shafts 5, 6 rotatably supported by a casing 1b and into which the support shafts 3, 4 are inserted in an eccentric state, and air cylinders 7, 8 for applying a force to the support shafts 3, 4 in the vertical direction. When the valve element 2 is seated on and removed from the valve seat 14, the valve element 2 is moved vertically in a horizontal position when the air cylinders 7, 8 move. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
