<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control circuit for suppressing drop of voltage applied to a load even if load current increases. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply control circuit includes: a first control circuit controlling ON/OFF of a transistor where input voltage is applied to an input electrode based on feedback voltage corresponding to reference voltage and output voltage so that the output voltage of a target level is generated from input voltage and is applied to the load; and a second control circuit controlling a feedback voltage generation circuit generating the feedback voltage so that the output voltage rises in accordance with an increase of the load current flowing to the load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
