The fluid-operated power generator has a submersible structure (I) that is provided at the inner edge of a circular cylinder (F). A connection pipe is connected to the submersible structure for flow of fluid in circular cylinder. Electrical power is produced by fluid pressure of the circular cylinder at the submersible structure.
