<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hip pillow, which is used for the roots of thighs and the hip part and in which it is possible to reduce the load on the waist caused by long time sleeping. <P>SOLUTION: The hip pillow comprises materials different in character by a receiving part 1 formed of a hard urethane material and a base part 2 formed of a soft and low resilient material, and has a two step shape by sticking the receiving part to the base part. The receiving part includes: bent parts 1a, 1b formed to abut on the roots of thighs of a user; and bent parts 1c, 1d formed to abut on the hip part; wherein a bent face is made to be continued.
