PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further surely restrain the looseness of a plate body. SOLUTION: A stopper piece 216 for pressing down a bus bar for connecting a positive electrode and a negative electrode of adjacent batteries (not shown) from the upper side, and a spring piece 218 for pressing up the bus bar upward are formed in each of a plurality of bus bar housing parts 211 partitioned by guide walls 210 formed in the plate body; and each bus bar is surely be fixed and held in the housing part 211 by the stopper piece 216 and the spring piece 218.
