PURPOSE: A pattern paint composition is provided to obtain the coated surface of high quality, in which color, pattern, and texture are in harmony, without harming the body, and to express various colors and patterns. CONSTITUTION: A pattern paint composition comprises 100.0 water-soluble binder, 0.1-15 parts by weight fiber with the thickness of 0.3-30 dtex, and the length of 0.01-10 mm, and 10-50 parts by weight water. The manufacturing method of the pattern paint composition comprises a first step of spreading an aqueous paint or a primer on a surface for coating, and a second step of spreading the pattern paint composition on the surface. |
