<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage from a joining portion of an intake manifold and a cylinder head. <P>SOLUTION: A flange 1 connecting the cylinder head 4 and the intake manifold 3 is formed of a flange body 20 made of metal and a plurality of O-rings 31, 32 and 33 made of an elastic body. An opening 20a for inserting a distal end of the intake manifold 3 is inserted and bolt insertion holes 20b and 20c for fixing the flange body 20 to the cylinder head 4 are provided in the flange body 20. A plurality of annular grooves 21 and 22 are provided in an inner circumferential surface of the opening 20a at an interval in the axial direction of the intake manifold. The O-rings 31 and 32 to be brought into intimate contact with the outer peripheral surface of the intake manifold are fitted into the annular grooves 21 and 22. An annular groove 23 is formed at a joining surface to the cylinder head in the flange body 20 and the O-ring 33 to be brought into intimate contact with the surface of the cylinder head is fitted into the annular groove 23.
