<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage module in which a power storage cell is unlikely to be damaged. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of power storage cells are stacked. A conductive heat exchanger plate is arranged between at least one set of mutually adjacent power storage cells. An antistatic film is arranged between the heat exchanger plate and the power storage cell.
