<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for an electronic device having a good electric strength characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: The substrate 1 for an electronic device includes a metal substrate 15 with an insulator layer, and an electrode layer 20. The metal substrate 15 includes: a metal substrate 10 having a base material 11 made of a metal unaffected by anode oxidation and an Al material 12 which are united into one; and an anode oxidation film 14 composed of an insulator layer formed on a surface of the Al material 12 of the metal substrate 10, and it has an insulator layer thickness inclination region G in an end region A along at least one side of the metal substrate 15 with an insulator layer, in which the thickness of the anode oxidation film 14 becomes gradually smaller toward the end face and ends up reaching zero at a point on the end face; in a region except the end region A, the thickness of the anode oxidation film 14 is 5 μm or larger. The electrode layer 20 is provided only on a region of the metal substrate 15 where the thickness of the anode oxidation film 14 of the substrate 15 is 5 μm or larger. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
