<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanization jig in which when an unvulcanized cushion rubber provided between a tread and a base tire is vulcanized to integrate the tread to the base tire, traces of a fiber of an envelope which is in contact with the cushion rubber do not remain on the side surface of a vulcanized tire. <P>SOLUTION: The vulcanization jig covers the external surface of a tire in which a vulcanized tread is disposed to the external circumferential surface of a base tire via an unvulcanized cushion rubber. The vulcanization jig includes an internal envelope in contact with the external surface of the tire, an external envelope covering the internal envelope from the outside, and a sheet-like fiber disposed between the internal envelope and the external envelope. The internal envelope has an air vent hole communicating with a space surrounded by the internal envelope and the external surface of the tire and a space surrounded by the internal envelope and the external envelope, and also has an air vent means for exhausting the air in the space made to communicate through the air vent hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
