Provided is an extremely industrially advantageous method for separating CNTs that, by means of low cost equipment and simple steps, can, in a short period of time and in large quantities, efficiently separate and purify metallic CNTs and semiconductor CNTs from CNTs containing both, and that is capable of low-cost separation. By adding a CNT dispersion to a separation vessel filled with a powder, semiconductor CNTs are selectively adsorbed to the powder and metallic CNTs are recovered, and then the semiconductor CNTs adsorbed to the powder are eluted, thus separating the two types. |
