A form for the making/production of unalterable and/or non- counterfeited paper documents comprising at least one writing sheet (10), of specified format, on which a series of vertical columns (G) and a series of transverse columns (L, M, N, P, Q, R, T) are provided, placed at mutually fixed distances (S, F, H) and containing alphanumeric characters; alphanumeric codes thus appear at the intersection between the aforesaid vertical columns (G) and the aforesaid transverse columns (L, M, N, P, Q, R, T), so as to make extremely difficult to tamper with the aforesaid sheet (10) or document constituted by one or more sheets (10), since an attempted or caused tampering of the sheet (10) is clearly visible. |
