<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flashlight having a housing, a light source, a lamp head shoulder, and a lamp head, which is constructed compactly and assembled of individual components as few as possible, and has a functionality with high reliability, and in which the light source is arranged on a disc holder. <P>SOLUTION: A surface capable of heat conduction is formed on a part of a holder.
