PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility control system with which unnecessary warning illumination can be prevented.

SOLUTION: A facility control system 1 according to the present invention has a security device 20 for managing a building, an illumination control device 30 for performing lighting control of an illumination terminal 40 arranged in the building and includes a crime prevention sensor 10 for detecting the abnormality within the monitored region of the building, a judgment part 32 for comparing the abnormal detection time showing the time when the abnormality is detected by the crime prevention sensor 10 and the actual time. The illumination control device 30 performs control of "lights-out" of the illumination terminal 40 in the case in which as a result of the comparison made by the judgment part 32 the difference between the abnormality detection time and the actual time exceeds the predetermined threshold value.
