PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a geothermal utilization air conditioning system capable of improving heat efficiency by using a large amount of water, and efficiently utilizing geothermal heat. SOLUTION: This geothermal utilization air conditioning system A performing air-conditioning by utilizing geothermal heat, comprises a water tank 1 buried in the ground, heat source equipment 2 of an air conditioner, and a water circulating mechanism 3 for circulating the water W stored in the water tank 1 between the water tank 1 and the heat source equipment 2. Further the system is provided with a first cooling circulating mechanism 4 comprising a first cooling tower 4a connected with the water circulating mechanism 3 to cool the water W by circulating it between the heat source equipment 2 and the first cooling tower 4a.
